We visit your property four times a year to obtain a meter reading. If we are unable to access our meter we will leave a yellow card to advise you that an estimated bill will be sent in 12 days' time.

To avoid receiving an estimate you can submit your own reading here.

If you have recently received an estimated bill and would like to replace it with your own reading, or provide a reading for moving property, then you can also submit your own meter reading using this online form.

A copy of your form will be sent to the email address you supply for your records.

Your Customer Number is the first 5 digits of the account number which can be found at the top left hand corner of your bill.
