Please note:
Within one month of the establishment of a holding, or a change to the details of an existing holding, the owner or person in charge of any animal on a holding must notify the Department in writing, in such form as the Department may approve. In the case of a new holding, the holding identification number may be provided by the Department after receipt of such maps and completed form.
